How do I return yarn that I bought from Auntie Zaza's?

What happens if I'm running late to a class?
Here at Auntie's, we appreciate a phone call to let us know. Call us at 774-269-6899 to give us a heads up. If you're more than 15 minutes late to a private session, the class will be cancelled in consideration to the instructor. More information is available in our Cancellation Policy.
How do I know if my yarn is returnable?
Auntie's accepts "like new" yarn with the receipt. Without the receipt, we cannot process your return. If you're in doubt whether your purchase is "like new", bring it by the store, or use the form below to send us some pictures and we'll get back to you in a couple days :)
